Parent and Caregiver Connections' mission is to support the parents and caregivers of children and individuals with special needs and disabilities. Parents and caregivers tend to isolate themselves and their families when they have a child or individual with special needs or disability due to their loved ones' behaviors or the fear of judgment from others. Parent and Caregiver Connections provides an outlet with their peer groups and outings for the parents and caregivers, inclusive, safe, and non-judgemental family events, and food baskets to assist with any food insecurities.
Parent and Caregiver Connections is committed to ensuring that all employees, volunteers, and attendees of our programs feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are regardless of gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, color, ancestry, age, neurodiversity, disability status, citizenship, or anything that makes them unique. We believe in inclusion and that everyone belongs!
Our programs consist of free peer support groups and outings for the parents and caregivers, inclusive and non-judgemental family events, and two food basket distributions.
Your donations go directly towards our yearly activities, events, and food baskets. Every donation counts!
